A Unique System Developed by Me (Angel Peabody) over the course of 4 years.

The 'Make Yourself Laugh' Intro class is a LIVE 30 minute class on Zoom with me, Angel Peabody where you get to try out the unique process I developed over 4 years to ease quiet ones like me, out of their shell. And get them talking, connecting and having fun with others. We do this gently, naturally and in real time. FOR FREE!

During Part A of the LIVE, online, 'Make Yourself Laugh' Intro class we will practice (2) scientifically proven, non-invasive therapies designed to ease the mind and get it to stop over-thinking, which is a major cause of social self consciousness. (Next, comes Part B.)

During the second half of the LIVE, online 'Make Yourself Laugh' Intro class, we'll use simple, fun exercises designed to heighten verbal spontaneity. So you fall into thinking and speaking 'off the top of your head'. Genuinely. Naturally. Organically. Without trying, forcing or overthinking your words.
It is a liberating experience. And it is truly fun!

Participating in the LIVE 'Make Yourself Laugh' online Intro class can be emotionally freeing because you get to try out a new social skill in real time. With people who aren't in your life. People just like you, who you'll never meet at work or at the grocery store. There's a special freedom to express oneself in this kind of safe environment. Also, class size is limited (4-12 participants). And you don't have to leave your home to join in!

With online degrees, work from home, Doordash, and Amazon, let's face it, we rarely need to interact in the real world anymore. It's enough to make anybody feel awkward and shy in new situations. Texting and social media may provide a quick fix for our need to reach out. But the truth is, genuine face-to-face relating with others is hardwired into our DNA. Literally, ever since humans communed in caves around a campfire, we've needed authentic, true connection with others. In fact, our nervous systems crave it. And if you're shy like me, How Do You?

When you want to add something funny, or meaningful , or something 'just you' to the conversation, do you sit there passively listening instead? Self conscious. Overthinking your words. Hedging your bets about the best thing to say at a pause in the conversation?...
Only to return home feeling tired and like you never got to know anyone. Or in some cases, feeling like you never got to have your say in the decisions that were being made right in front of you...
So how do you stop doing this? It's easier than you think. Sign up for a spot in my LIVE Introductory class, 'Make Yourself Laugh with the Talkative Introvert'. IT'S ONLINE.
It's free. Hope to see you there! Angel Peabody

We've all heard it. Common social advice; 'You'll be fine. Just be yourself.' But what if you've forgotten how to BE yourself? What if shyness or overthinking take over in social situations and in that moment, you don't even recognize what 'being yourself' even looks like? Remember that meeting at work? Your streamlined idea that you'd mentioned earlier never got discussed because, you being quiet, your boss and coworkers just expected you to go along with whatever they decided.
Or, maybe at your cousin's wedding, remember when you got seated with Uncle John at Gramma's table instead of with other guests your age ? Because your cousin expected you'd be more comfortable with familiar faces. You got six hours of watching everybody else dance the macarena...
Is not speaking up, not connecting with others impacting your life? .... Is hiding what you honestly think or who you truly are keeping you stuck or feeling trapped? Has shyness been causing you to live your life by default because those around you don't know any better?
The good news is....
Relief is easier than you think and you don't even have to leave your home to break free.
